1. Complete Line Configuration
1.1 Raw Material Feeding & Drying Unit
- Automatic vacuum auto feeder: closed dust-free conveying for virgin TPU pellets, avoid dampness and dust pollution.
- Hot air drying hopper: precisely control temp 80~120℃, keep TPU moisture below 0.05%, prevent hydrolysis, ideal for humid climate like Vietnam & India.
- Optional gravimetric color masterbatch doser: ±0.2% dosing accuracy for consistent colored TPU hose.
1.2 SJ65 Single Screw Main Extruder (YAOAN Original Design)
- Screw & barrel: 38CrMoAlA, integral nitriding treatment, L/D=28:1, specially optimized for polyester & polyether TPU to avoid scorch and crystal spot.
- Driving: 18.5kW main motor with ABB inverter, Omron multi-zone PID temperature control, tolerance ±1℃.
- Heavy-duty hard-tooth reducer for continuous 24h stable running, suitable for global factory condition.
1.3 Modular Extrusion Die Head for 4–16mm OD Tube
S136 stainless steel die set, interchangeable die mandrel for full 4/6/8/10/12/14/16mm sizes, changeover within 40min.
Two forming modes available:
- Vacuum sizing process: forming by negative pressure vacuum, running speed: 10~15 m/min, for standard thick-wall industrial pneumatic hose with strict OD & wall thickness tolerance;
- Internal air blowing forming: stable inner compressed air shaping, max running speed up to 40 m/min, for thin-wall lightweight transparent TPU air tube.
Roundness tolerance ≤0.03mm, wall thickness tolerance ±0.05mm, meet EU & US precision pneumatic standard.
1.4 Vacuum & Gradient Water Cooling Tank
Full stainless steel 4.5m segmented cooling trough with independent vacuum sizing chamber (-0.06~-0.08MPa). Stepwise cooling design eliminates inner stress, optional closed chiller for high-temperature area such as India, Turkey, Vietnam to prevent tube deformation.
1.5 Online Laser Diameter Gauge (Standard for Export Model to EU & USA)
Real-time outer diameter monitoring, closed-loop linkage with extruder & haul-off speed to minimize waste, satisfy ASTM and EU dimensional requirement.
1.6 Servo Belt Type Haul-off Machine
PU soft belt clamping to avoid tube indentation on 4mm tiny tube and over-stretching on 16mm thick tube. Speed synchronizes with main extruder matching two different production speeds: 10~15m/min (vacuum process) / up to 40m/min (air blow process).
1.7 Constant Tension Auto Winder with Meter Counter
Torque motor controlled winding, auto spool change without line stop, standard roll length 100m/200m matching global packing specification. Optional online ink printer for printing specification, CE mark and brand logo.
1.8 Central PLC Control System
Touch screen HMI with multi-language option (English/Turkish etc.), remote fault diagnosis support for overseas after-sales service.

- Raw material: Virgin Polyether / Polyester TPU, RoHS & REACH compliant for European market; food-grade optional for US medical & food automation.
- Working pressure: 1.0MPa at 23℃, burst pressure ≥3.0MPa; temp range: -20℃ ~ +70℃, low-temperature resistant for North Europe and high-temperature resistant for India/Turkey.
- Excellent wear-resistance, oil & acid resistance, repeated bending without crack; transparent type allows visual check of internal air impurities.

Q1: What is the guarantee of the machine?
A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
